Read More overweight, I do enjoy having a couple of extra kilos because I've been fortunate enough to be able to attract the kind of people in my life who love how I look and mostly importantly I'm at peace with the fact that I'll never be a skinny girl and that's really okay. Having said that though, I do struggle to stay on the weight which is my ideal...and at present, I'm going through those moments; Joburg Winter has been my excuse! It's funny though because I'm very athletic by nature; I love cycling, running, power walking and I generally do enjoy the gym once I'm in that zone! I really wish you well in your journey and meeting your goal weight

WEIGHT - INDECENCY 5 / 10 KM CHALLENGE

I call it the weight-indecency challenge and hope more of my friends can get off the comforts of a couch and join me for just 3 - 4 times a week, to reach 5kms in 5 weeks, for the love of our hearts!

Each week will consist of four running sessions and three rest days, except in weeks one and two.

WEEK ONE : 6 - 12 MARCH 2011

Day one: 3 min walk, 1 min run, repeated 5 times
Day two: 3 min walk, 1 min run, repeated 6 times
Day three: 3 min walk, 2 min run, repeated 6 times
Day four: Rest

WEEK TWO : 13 - 19 MARCH 2011

Day one: 2 min walk, 2 min run, repeated 8 times
Day two: 2 min walk, 5 min run, repeated 3 times
Day three: 1 min walk, 3 min run, repeated 6 times
Day four: Rest
