2nd week training for 5km run

This training is looking quiet easy to do. Apparently when you train for this you should not get to the stage where you are out of breath, well at least in the first 2 weeks. I include this training as part of my overall training so I am working out for a minimum of 1.5 hours each day. The real challenge will be the following week, but hard work never killed anyone, in fact
my arms are getting leaner by the day.

WEEK TWO
Day one: 2 min walk, 2 min run, repeated 8 times
Day two: 2 min walk, 5 min run, repeated 3 times
Day three: 1 min walk, 3 min run, repeated 6 times
Day four: Rest
