In all probability, today was by far one of the worst days of my life! Early in the morning I received two calls that completely dented my positive outlook to life. That being said it's amazing how emotional health goes hand in hand with physical well being. It's so hard to get yourself up from a distressed state of mind into a work out. It feels like a thousand bricks layered with heavy cement have been piled on me and I cannot move an inch. I did get up, I did go to the gym but I don't know if I will have the same strength, I don't know if I can master the same willpower while going through this trying period. I also miss my kids and my husband so much especially today. What I leave you with today is this.... Life is priceless and life without the ones you love is not worth it if the only reason you are without them is so you can make more money.

Day one: 1 min walk, 4 min run, repeated 6 times
Day two: 3 min walk, 10 min run, repeated twice
Day three: 1 min walk, 5 min run, repeated 5 times
Day four: 3 min walk, 10 min run, repeated twice
