I have never been so hungry in my whole entire life, usually I would not even have breakfast because I woke up too late, forget completely about lunch because by that time I am in meetings after meetings until its 6 in the afternoon and I feel guilty to not be with my kids. Get home have about 4 or 5 scoops of rice and curry prepared the same way EVERYDAY by my beloved helper. I then finish the entire plate and ask for more if I am still feeling hungry, then complain to her about how I am not eating at all and yet so big. Now with all the exercising I am doing I am always hungry...I am hungry when I wake up; hungry when I am at work and its only 10 am; hungry at lunchtime; hungry at 3pm and still hungry at supper time. I just feel that this hunger will subortage my weight loss efforts and I have no clue on what to eat. I have learnt that you need to have 5 meals a day which include a healthy breakfast as well as fruits and vegetables but who has the the time to prepare all that? I also think I need some sort of vitamin supplement because I am always tired. I need to research on what to eat how much to eat if you are constantly running and walking. Loosing weight is slowly becoming a full time job and if I had a way I would completely OUTSOURCE it!!!
