An upliftment of some sort

It is the 21st of October in 3 days time I would have been doing this for a month. I have been feeling very light for a day or so ago, I still do not know how much I weigh actually it does not even matter because feeling like I walking on air is payment enough. Taking each step is easier again, breathing is easier something I have been doing everyday with no problem feels easier to do. I did not even realise I had a problem breathing! its EASIER I swear it feels as though something lifed off my lungs or that I had breast reduction surgery. You might not get what I am trying to say because you have never been a 100kgs but this is the best way I can possibly explain this change. My bra feels a litle loose and its no longer giving me the support it was giving. There is not much difference in my dress size but I tell you something has desolved, something has melted a part of me has disintegrated and I am loving it. RIP fatness, I am sorry but you definately wont be missed.

That is my beginning

What beginning? From as far back as I can remember I have always been overweight, sometimes midly so and other times like right now - to the point of being obese. It is part of our culture that a woman must have a little bit of flesh around the hips, the thighs and the butt but at what point does it begin to be unhealthy? When I walk down the streets I hear men say (Dudlu) or whistle hollering at my diviness my fleshy; meaty curves. On a good day I enjoy it, it lifts my spirits up and I actually feel sexy. On a bad day like when I am around my friends, I realise from the photos we take that I am always the fat girl, the bulgiest girl and I am ashamed. Ashamed to take pictures with them; ashamed to take my clothes off infront of them; ashamed to go swimming (forget that!); ashamed that this is the one thing in my life that seems to have control over me; ashamed that I am 29 years old and weigh an astonishing 105kgs on a tiny frame of 1,56m. That is my beginning....
